About Me

I manage Grant Thornton UK LLP's international assignment population through their assignment lifecycle from recruitment through to repatriation. I work with our leaders to develop opportunities, promote talent and manage seasonal operational resourcing levels.

I joined Grant Thornton just over three years ago, having started in Employee Relations (ER).

I started my career as an employment solicitor and have held various ER/HR/Operations types roles in various commercial and not for profit sectors, including banking and professional bodies.

I'm also a Trustee for a housing charity specialising in supporting women in challenging situations and am a member of their Remuneration Committee.

Favourite words/phrases: Absolutely

Ask me about: Brexit and People, International opportunities, inclusion and authenticity, anything you like.
